At the beginning of 2025, SIGNAX DOCS received a series of updates designed to simplify your workflow. Our recent #DevNews videos highlight both minor tweaks and major improvements, and our newest Issues collaboration workflow video showcases team communication on the projects.

New features include an improved markup preview for attachment navigation, enhanced issue views with quick filters, and expanded registry tables for better tracking. Additionally, DOCS now supports comparisons of Microsoft Project schedules, along with refined notifications, role-based access to Issues and Reviews, and updated workflows for tracking individual document approvals. These enhancements ensure your project management is more efficient and seamless than ever.

INSPECTION

We’re excited to announce an upgrade to our Inspection mobile app with enhanced camera support. The new INSTA360 Insta X4 camera can now be seamlessly connected, empowering you with a one-tap solution for capturing and synchronizing high-quality site photos. This integration streamlines QA/QC workflows, making on-site inspections faster, more reliable, and incredibly efficient.
