Chief Executive Officer

Entrepreneur with 30 years of experience, started his way in business in 1992, in 2004 created Severin Development, which in 20 years became one of the largest engineering companies in Eastern Europe.

Alex Popov

Chief Technology Officer

BIM visionary who developed a product for automatic residential construction generation and a web service for calculating construction costs using BIM models. Created and successfully applied a methodology for the BIM approach on construction sites.

Nikita Pospelov

Global Business Director

Drives international market expansion, strategic partnerships, and enhanced market presence. Brings a wealth of expertise in managing complex construction and IT projects with cutting-edge technologies such as BIM, AI, and IoT.

Paul Goretsky

Project Manager

Responsible for overseeing on-site BIM implementation, managing the client's learning program, and implementing SIGNAX solutions. Manages projects in the UAE and the largest digital twin development in the CSI region.
